Meet "The Band"
Chase Aitch
Hi, my name's Chase Aitch and I'm the lead singer, second guitarist and band leader of "The Lost Heroes".
I have been singing live and playing guitar since I was 18 years old and first started my musical career before that at the age of 14.
I am a musician from a musical family spanning back at least 3 generations and have been in numerous musical projects over the years. Other current projects of mine can be found on my own website:
Musical influences: I would say that I have heavily been influenced vocally over the years by artists such as Rob Thomas (Matchbox20), Sting (& also The Police era),
Pat Monahan (Train) & Kelly Jones (Stereophonics).
Chet Jogia
Hey guys, I’m Chet Jogia and I’m the lead guitarist of “The Lost Heroes”.
I’ve been playing music since I was about 4 years old, taking grades for classical piano until about 14 where I had one of those life changing moments… seeing John Frusciante with the Red Hot Chill Peppers live at Hyde Park. I picked up the guitar the next day and became obsessed!
I’ve been loving it ever since and I hope I can share my passion with you guys at a gig soon!
If you’d like to know more about my journey or my ongoing projects check out my website: www.chetjogia.com
Musical influences: Jimi Hendrix, Red Hot Chill Peppers, Guns N’ Roses, Rival Sons, BB King, Robben Ford, Larry Carlton, Santana, Jeff Beck, Peter Frampton… the list could go on!
Rob Utton
Hi, I'm Rob and I am the drummer from The Lost Heroes.
I started drumming when I was 10 (much to my parent's horror) and have been playing in numerous bands since my early teens (nearly 20 years).
Musical influences: I love listening to old school drummers, the real teachers of the craft. Favourites include Gene Krupa, Ginger Baker and Buddy Rich. More up to date musical influences come from the likes of Kings of Leon, Coldplay, Keane, and Foo Fighters. I do have a secret soft spot for Toto as well...!
Ollie Buchanan
Hey, I’m Ollie and I play bass in The Lost Heroes.
I first picked up the instrument around age 12, inspired by bassists such as Mark Hoppus, Mike Dirnt and Flea. Punk Rock will has always been where my roots lie, and it’s melodic bass lines really shaped the way I play the instrument.
I’ve played guitar and bass in a handful of local bands, and in 2011 I graduated from Leeds College of Music with a head full of ideas and a degree in Pop Music & Music Production.
I’m also a keen acoustic-fingerstyle guitarist also, some favourite artists of mine being Newton Faulkner, Thomas Leeb and Eric Roche.
Musical influences: As well as what I have listed above. These days I’m really into the basslines of modern funk players such as Stuart Zender, Pino Palladino and anything that Joe Dart touches.
